He has a wide breadth of experience in acting in and resolving commercial disputes, complex wills and trusts, personal injury claims, personal protection orders, landlord disputes, asset recovery, and family matters. His main area of practice is Civil Litigation.

As an entrepreneur himself, Marcus has first-hand experience handling difficult legal issues and negotiations under pressure - all while delivering practical and impactful solutions. Among the initiatives he has established include MAS-licensed fintech start-ups, deep-tech organisations, non-profit initiatives, consultancies, F&B, and hospitality businesses.
